In recent months, we've experienced a substantial hurdle in our delivery services due to the unfortunate suspension of operations by our previous courier, Tuffnells. We initially tried using UPS as a replacement as one of the only couriers able to accept longer, heavier items, but it quickly became clear that their service couldn't accommodate our needs for delivering poles over 2.5 metres in length.
However, we're thrilled to announce that after considerable effort and many trials, we've finally found our solution - a dedicated, custom delivery service.
This is more than just a new courier - it's an entire upgrade in how we ensure our products reach you. By switching to this dedicated delivery service, our products are handled less frequently, they do not pass through large, automated distribution centres, and most importantly, they're treated with care and attention they deserve.
A significant advantage of our new delivery service is its capacity to deliver items up to 4 metres long. This is fantastic news for all our customers who've been waiting to order our longer washing line poles.
Our website has now been updated to reflect this change, and you can once again order poles of up to 4 metres. We're immensely grateful for your patience during this period of transition, and we're excited about this improvement in our service.
