Delivery:
Our washing line poles are big and heavy which means they cannot go via a standard package courier and must be sent with a smaller, dedicated delivery service.
Smaller, lighter items are sent by package courier, if not accompanied by a pole.
Dedicated Courier Delivery:
To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your washing line pole order, we use a dedicated courier service. Here's what you need to know:
- Order Processing: Once you've placed your washing line pole order, we'll hand it over to our trusted courier. (Smaller items can be sent by package courier)
- Route Planning: Our courier meticulously plans delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries. They will determine the most efficient route that includes your location.
- Delivery Notification: We pass your order and details to our courier who will usually deliver within 2-3 working days of collecting from our workshop. The courier will text or email you to provide a delivery date.
- Receiving Your Order: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the specified date to receive and sign for the package. Alternatively the goods can be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour. If any issues arise during delivery, the courier or our team will be in touch.
Returns:
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not pleased with your purchase, here's our return policy:
- Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions and the return address. Note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Original postage fees are not refunded.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the damage.
- Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service.
Delivery is available to mainland UK destinations only and excludes any remote locations such as Scottish Highlands or those inaccessible to large vehicles. Whilst you may be able to place your order online, we shall always check with the courier and any non-deliverable order locations will be cancelled and refunded.
